NO SETTLEMENT LETTER!!!!

I am tired of these glorified loan sharks, been requesting settlement letters which I never get! Been promised twice now and nothing yet I get harassed with phone calls then when I ask for a settlement your staff want to give me bank details and amounts telephonically. What idiot would do that???? My boyfriend worked for a loan company and said it takes seconds to draw up a letter and it must be in writing. Stop making a joke of consumers, I am reporting you to the consumer tribunal!!!!
