2.5 Months ago I put in a death Claim via Game store, I followed up and I was told they 2-3 weeks to process the Claim. TOday I am being told Claim forms are missing. According to the consultant the note was made in July that no Claim forms were received. 2 months later no one cared to update or request the Claim forms .
