No response

I took a card at Busby fourways and bought only a t-shirt which was about R300.00 cash, but when i had to pay it via the card and pay installments i ended up paying more than R500.00. then i decided to pay it off and ask the guys at fourways to cancell the card and they gave me a very difficult route of cancelling the card which i didnt manage to complete. then after some 8-9 months when trying to apply for a consolidation i found out that i am owing RCS R200+ which the guys explained as interest. so i tried to dispute the amount but eneded up paying it then i was given an email to send the cancellation letter and coppies of ID and the proof of payment which i've done but since today i havent heard anything from them. so i am wondering if i am going to get the arrears again as the guys dont seem to want to cancell for me or not
