No respond nor help regarding registration of the app or self service

I have been trying to register my rcs card thru de app and it keeps on unlocking it and phoned rcs several times and seems to struggle as they keep on telling me they will call me and they nvr do which I don’t understand the reason.i talked to few ppl with no help the last 1 bring Sinethemba who said she will call me back since last week Tuesday and still now no help.i can’t evn do shopping online as it require dat u register ur card so wats the use of this apps if they can’t help regarding it.
