No resolution to continuous unauthorised mobile subscription charges.

I opened an Edgars RCS account in early April 2025 to build my credit score and made a small-single purchase to activate it. Soon after, I noticed a R179.00 charge from Blue Label Connect for a mobile subscription I never signed up for or was informed about. I’ve also never used the subscription. I’ve since spent over a month going back and forth between Edgars, RCS, and Blue Label Connect—none have resolved the issue, and each keeps deflecting responsibility. I’ve received no written confirmation of cancellation or refund from Blue Label Connect, only repeated charges that RCS is not stopping. I now have been charged three times for this subscription since opening my Edgards RCS account so a total of R537.00 (R179x3) is what accumulated on my account with interest also being added.

These unauthorized deductions are increasing my outstanding balance and defeating the purpose of responsibly managing my Edgards account. The lack of accountability from all parties involved has been deeply frustrating, and I now deeply regret opening an RCS account.
