No reply/Poor service

<p>I have sent emails to you but you dont reply. What is the use of even having a contact form on youre website?</p> <p>I got a card from old khaki and apparently I have to contact you about statements.<br />When and how do I receive statements and does the statements show me what amount I need to pay and by when?<br />Where do I view my statement?<br />What is my account number?<br />I have not made any payments yet and I don't know when I should. I don't know if I have to make a payments before the end of the month or what. I don't want my credit rating being negatively impacted if I did not make a payments because I have not received any statements.</p> <p>After reading all the complaints here, I will pay my account as soon as possible and close this account and also advise friends and family not to open accounts with you.</p>
