No paid up letter and Credit Profile updated incorrectly by RCS

I found out from my employer that RCS updated my details as I am 8 months in Arrears for a Personal loan I had paid up in 2016.

On the 28th of Jan I called the call center to obtain confirm that the account was indeed paid off and obtain the paid up letter. I was told to send and email request to ********** which I did on the 28 January 2019 at 15:41. Upon not reviving any feedback I resent the email and also forwarded it to ********** on the 30th Jan 2019 at 10:26.

Till date I have not received any feedback and this is now negatively affecting my career growth. I am very unhappy as this was long paid off yet suddenly my credit profile is updated incorrectly.
