No name change resolution
My Makro account is still on my ****en surname and I need it to be changed for proof of address purposes. I sent a mail to RCS (as per the staff at Makro Ottery) attaching both my ****en and married ID as well as my marriage certificate. This mail was sent on 22 June and up to to date I have received no response. I also received my Makro account via post today and it is still displaying my ****en surname.
