No more payments will be made

It's been months that I have been trying to get an updated statement from you to know what my outstanding balance is to my amount in full.. all emails keep coming back it had been handed over and I need to call for assistance. Till date no statement nor email was send to me showing me paying the attorneys monthly nor keeping me posted on amount due. Please just email me a updated statement like I asked you and called you about I don't care who sends it to me just email me proof that I have been paying you and what the amount is outstanding. If not I will stop paying until EMAIL was send showing payments and amount due. Please don't even call I want proof. Email me a statement letter to *** still today
