No Monthly Statements
I,Hansie Peterson paid my galaxy account at Kempton Park Festival Mall,on the 2015/09/03 and I asked for a Monthly statement,Tshepang Mo***eng the lady that help me,said she will call the call centre.The call centre agent,Mr Waseem said they will sent the statements after 7 working days by fax,I went back to the galaxy store after 9 working days,and the lady at galaxy said,the call centre never send the fax. My complaint ref no.*** rcsgroup don't want to give me statements
