no monthly statement

I Hansie Peterson complaint about not receiving statements on my galaxy account on the 28 September 2015.I was phoned on the same date by Miss Valne from Rcsgroup,she said she will send the 6 month statments for me,and she will phone me back to confirm if I received the statements the next day,she laid she never phoned me the next day to confirm it, she would have send the statements to galaxy store at Festival mall,she only send a Rcs statement and not the galaxy statement.Ref no *** .The manager at the galaxy store said Miss Valne only send a Rcs statement,we phoned Rcs again from the galaxy store,I talked to Miss Piliswa Ref no *** who said she will put it as urgent on her system,but nothing till to day.NO STATEMENTS till today.Please help
