No help form RCS during lock-down for forced unpaid leave clients

I have been trying during April to call RCS numerous times and learn and understood that they where closed due to the lock-down. I then drafted an email notifying them that I am on forced unpaid leave during the lock-down and if there was a arrangement we can make for a holiday months during this period, they did reply that I could apply for the Loss of Income which I've submitted 13 May 2020, their response was and still is: Good morning Thank you for your email. In response to the global COVID 19 virus and the lock-down of our country, our business will be operating with limited staff on rotation schedules. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you we remain committed to providing you with assistance during this time.We acknowledge receipt of your claim form and supporting documents which will now be processed. Unfortunately, there will be a delay due to high volumes experienced, however we will provide you with feedback as soon as we can. Its been going on for over month now. In the meantime they have consultants from the collection department harassing me every week from the beginning of May and want's to know when they can expect payment. The last 2 calls the consultants was plain rude. This morning I received an sms: Please note: Your customer protection insurance policy has lapsed due to non payment of your RCS account (I paid RCS and amount 29 May which I've borrowed). RCS is not looking after their clients! I don't think there is a Loss of Income that you can apply for, during the lock-down their interests was just adding, not looking in as to how they can assist me and ignoring my Loss of income application. Today I spoke to Yanna who let me hold on for 10 minutes (I don't have money for airtime) friends and family find themselves in the same position and I can't borrow money all the time. I would like to know from RCS, how do you meet your clients half way during the lock-down!
