No help

I have app**** for an account and it was approved. I was advised I can go to Old Khaki, Cape Union Mart, Poetry and KEEDO stores to collect the card. Yesterday I went to Old Khaki in Kollonade and I was advised that they can't give me a card I need to go to Poetry.

Today I have called customer care number twice. The second I was out on hold for more than 5 minutes cause the consultant wanted to check which store I can collect the card from . I even ran out of airtime.
