After weeks of trying to get a hold of RCS Loan department via email, I eventually tried to call them. Initially got a hold of a consultant within 10min of hanging on the phone I was transferred to their loans dept, here I waited another 25min on the phone and still were not attended to, at which point I eventually dropped the call. I am not sure if these people exist or are they still doing business ? If someone can please spare the torture and pain of just trying to get hold of RCS loans I would really appreciate it.
