No credit bureau update

I have been logging complaints on this site for mobicredit to date no resolve all i am requesting is that credit bureaus be updated with this account and my payments be updated. I opened my mobicredit account in June 2022 we are in October the agents can't help I've been waiting 2 months for a manager to call me, i don't know where to turn to and since rcs is part of mobicredit this was my only way to get help please please help me what more must i do
