No Assistance regarding Insurance Claim

RCS credit is quick to give you loans or credit but when you are retrenched and need your insurance to assist. They are not assisting at all. I have been submitting my documents from May and they have not helped me. Instead phones me everyday and threatening me. When i tell the collector that i’m retrenched and i have submitted my documents they have the cheek to say well you will be contacted again. What the ****, sort it out man or over to assist me. I will never in my life use your services again and i will make sure my friends and family nows about your customers services.
