No airtime received

In the 20/10/2017 I bought airtime twice to the value of R50 each on the RCS mobile app for the wrong network provider, I received an error that the number I am using is not a supported network yet I was still billed the R100. I phoned Rcs the following day and was asked to send the sms I received from glocell via email of which I did, I received no response telephonically or via email. I have called there call centre numerous times only to be told they will get back to me. I sent a follow up email asking that someone kindly follow up and get back to me.. yet still nothing. This morning I phone them again but this time I get a guy that thinks he is talking to his children at home. Asking me why did I buy for another network provider and it's not Rcs responsibility that I have been billed for something I didn't receive it's the network. I asked him who the hell does he think he is talking to, I am a customer. I am extremely angry at the fact that I was billed a R100 for something I didn't receive and that I had no correspondence whatsoever and then we are still treated like **** when we call the call centre. I was told that my query is not important enough to call the supervisor. Really now is this how rcs want to be seen to the public.
