Ni help

I have a Cape Union mart card. The account is paid via debit order. I did not use the card for more than a year. I used it in April 2023 and when I downloaded an invoice it showed I owe more than R11000. I went to enquire at Cape Union Mart who tried to call RCS. No response. CUMart then said they will send an email to RCS and copy me in. Im still waiting. I susoect *****ulent acrivity and vetting no help.
