RCS / Edgars credit are actively dishonest in that: 1. They make it very difficult to check their references when making payment. They have changed their own references and don't pick up payments. 2.If they call you to follow up on payment they then do not ensure that your payments were recorded, even if asked to do so. Their systems are set up NOT to recon your account. 3. When you submit proofs of payment, there is no feedback and no correction of wrong information posted to the Credit bureaux.
