NEVER OPEN A MAKRO RCS ACCOUNT!!!

Minus stars needed, they don't deserve 1 star! Once again the same issue I had years ago..... No statements from Makro - RCS account card. Log into credit app and self service portals and all details state R0.00 owed on the account but yet I keep on getting threatened by collectors and having to pay penalties for YOUR BAD ADMINISTRATION AND SYSTEMS. This is absolutely pathetic to say the least... Your call personal are rude and pathetic and when I ask for my supposed recorded calls its not able to be pulled. This is now the 2nd month in a row AGAIN where there is no statement no nothing....how do you expect someone to pay when they have no record of amounts. But you want to hold you customers accountable for your bad service.... Pathetic!!!
