Never consider a loan from RCS

I have a client which had two accounts with RCS Group. One was in debit the other in credit. She then paid the difference, after she was listed on ITC unnecessary, to clear her account. It was then handed to recoveries, what a bunch of .... I have power of attorney to do this for her, and they constantly call to obtain the amount which is not due, and when we actually asked one of the *********** callers if they know what a debit and credit is, the call was transferred to outer space. This is just to discourage ANYONE that wants to take a loan/card or whatever from RCS.
