NEVER AGREED TO DEBT REVIEW

Hope this email finds you well.

I am writing this email with a huge cconcern. My father received a call on the 9th of April 2021 from ********** debt review. When I checked it, it gives RCS EDCON SALES. He told the person on the other hand he is not interested as he doesn't really have debt and can afford the little that he has. This person, I so wish I knew their name decided to put him under debt review anyway.

He didn't get anything stating that he's under debt review as we would have taken action until last Saturday when he tried using his Credit Card and it declined. He only had the chance to go to the bank today and they showed him DEBT REVIEW big bold red letters.

I am truly disappointed and humbly ask for your help. I have written 2 emails about a week ago to RCS complaints and services but they did not respy. My dad never pays attention, let alone give out his information which is why he quickly told this person he's not interested.

We also thinking of taking this forward as this has messed up big time and he can't even use his Cards.

I finally received a response from them which was an automated email requesting information sent to them through their forms. We printed, filled and those forms. Sent everything by the 15th May but still no response till today. Sent multiple emails but no response. Are we going to get help or what?
