Negatively affected my credit score
Wish I can give them zero stars for affecting my credit score when RCS was the one who made this mistake in the first place. I never missed a payment and always make payments on time!!! Please explain why it shows on my credit report that I missed a payment in November!?
I have all the proof that I never missed a payment and payed on time ..I have receipts of everything. .so disappointing .. ruined my credit score just like that

16 Aug 2021, 10:50Till this day they haven't resolved this query and I haven't received any response from anyone and no fees at all....very poor service... falsely reporting my credit report that I missed a payment which was a mistake you made on your systems and now I have to deal with it
