My card is issued but not delivered

I was approved for a credit card on the 21st December 2019 and told that a courier company would phone me within 2 weeks to arrange delivery of my card. It has now been 22 days and no couriers have phoned. I phoned RCS last week and they were very helpful and asked me to call CCD couriers - I phoned them and they have no card on their system for me. I phoned RCS today again and they said I must just wait for CCD couriers as they could be back logged. Its very strange as usually this sort of thing happens very smoothly and quickly as the card is essentially cash. Please can I ask someone from RCS to get to the bottom of where my card is and when I will receive it. By everyones admission it seems the card should have been with me long ago already.
