My Builders Store Credit Card was blocked by the RCS ***** department

My Builders Store Credit Card was blocked by the RCS ***** department. After going through an hour long process to unblock it, the card would keep declining at the store when making a purchase. After many attempts and phone calls to sort out this problem, we were told to go directly to a Builders store. After another hour long phone call in the store, the RCS ***** department instructed the customer care official at Builders to issue me with a new card, which worked. The old one was destroyed. After 45 minutes, RCS ***** department blocked the new card. This is ridiculous. Now I must travel back to the Builders store again!! Why is my card being blocked when there is no *****ulent activity on the account???
