MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID BUT NOW IT SAYS I AM IN ARREAR

HI<br> <br> I reported on the 18th that my account was in arrears when i did pay my account I sent the proof of payment to [Email Removed] on the 18th and did call the call center and they said it takes 48hours to get a response till today I am left with out a conclusion I have also attached my bank statement
