MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT NOT UP TO DATE AND THE DEBT COLLECTORS ARE RUDE

<p>I owe RCS credit card and loam. There is a company sending me sms to pay to their account, i paid both accounts last month both 2000. i asked for a statement after that from that company they using called Norton....they never gave me my statement. This month i paid 2000 for both accounts i asked for a statement they gave me the one with last month payment. When i email them they tell me that RCS is the one who supposed to send me the statements...how can you pay if you don’t know how much you owe? Something is fishy here coz I’m confused as i don’t know who i am dealing with because when you call RCS will tell you they handed over the account and they won’t give you the statement..,..i am tired of this.</p>
