Multiple service blunders and no transparency.

I had 2 ***** incidents my account whereby i had to prove via documentations that i was not guilty as these incidents happened in another province. Investigations took more than two months at a time with me not having access to my account. Due to the above i decided to pay my outstanding balance and asked the teller to close my account. In the meantime i changed jobs hence my contact number changed. I then a year and half later app**** for credit and found out that im a slow payer due to a listing via RCS. Called them and they told me i payed the outstanding balance and not the settlement amount. They say they tried contacting me but was unsuccessful as i had a new email address and a new staff cellphone number and that i have been already handed over to blake collections. Called black collections that gave me a settlement amount and i made an arrangement to pay off the amount. When enquiring what my last balance was i was informed my account was closed with then and it was handed back to RCS. RCS informed me that my account was not closed anymore and that i have a new settlement amount that has now accrued interest and will again accrue interest after one day. ********* practice !
