I made an arrangement on Dec 2018 to Pay R100 end of Dec end of Jan and bring the account up to date End of Feb but it seems that making arrangement does not seem to work since i am receiving endless calls. On the 16th of January i confirmed once again my payment arrangement and then the phone was dropped in my ear, was called again on the 17th and the 18th and is threatened with legal action while i am sticking to my original arrangement. And yes i lost it and said i will pay R200 and the lady rudely did not accept it as it is not the monthly amount, so why try and make arrangement when you are in a situation if they rudely shut you down? why try and work with them instead of just not paying at all?

So since my financial situation did not improve and since making an arrangement does not help i am making a new arrangement where i will pay R100 end of January and from end of February until i review my situation i can afford R250 per month.
