I have received 5 phone calls and 3 emails 1 customer survey, on an oustanding payment. The bottom line is their information is more then a month old, therefore inaccurate, any payments made is not reflecting, even after proof of payments was shared, they still keep on sending me simi**** notifications and also charge me interest.. This is not the 1st time I am complaining about simi**** situation and feel for people that do not have the knowledge and background on creditor accounts. Must be very frustrating for a lot of people, for example my parents would dnot have figured out that these people is purely waisting valuable time.
