Most Useless company ever

One star is actually to much. RCS is the most useless entity every. 5 months ago I phoned to close my Store card. My card was paid up and I owned nothing. I phoned they say they closed it and I will receive a call advising of the closure. Yes every month I receive an invoice for the accident cover of R25 and every month I have to phone and ask why they charge it then they spin the same story we can see your acccount is closed we will reverse the amount and the account will be closed. Yes the account is still not closed and I still have to phone every month to complain and fight and use my airtime because you are to useless to reply to emails or answer your phone. I will never recommend RCS to anyone. Not even if they give me free money I will not sign up with this uesless company.
