Most pathetic customer service!

Worst bunch of people to work with! The most ***********. No-one can assist at the call center, half the time you cant get through. Its been over a month and my payment queries have not been sorted. No one gets back to you as promised, or even responds to emails. All are just sitting ducks. My next step is the Ombudsman
