Monthly payments 5 years later?

My account was opened in December 2018 (for 12 months). I purchased 1 item, and have been paying it ever since. No other items bought on this account, and still there are debit orders going off every.single.month. I'd like to know why, 5 years later. There should be no interest on this account, and I have certainly not bought anything since. I tried calling RCS, and when I mentioned the reason for the call, it just went dead. No response from the agent. Are these normal practices for your company? 5 years later, I do believe these debits to be ********?
