Money credit card division: RCS Group is extremely bad in client service & assistance. Stay AWAY from them

With this I am lodging a formal complain against: Money credit card division: RCS Group.

My complains are as follow: * I paid the FULL arrear amount that was outstanding on my money credit card on the 15th of November 2022: after talking to numerous agents at Money Credit card division, they all gave me different explanations regarding the removal of money credit card showing negatively on the credit bureaus. Not once did they mention that they as money credit card division need to inform the credit bureaus that it has been paid to date, as to not reflect negatively on me anymore. After numerous phone calls from my side to money credit card, I found out that they need to ask the credit bureaus that my money credit card must be updated, that it is paid to date. ( This I found out when phoning the credit bureau myself). Currently my money credit card is not reflecting negatively on my credit report anymore. Should money credit card division did their job the way they should, they would have informed the credit bureau immediately about my money credit card being paid up to date, but they did not do that. Only after I had to phone over & over again and ask & begged did they do that.

It took me more than 2 weeks to get this sorted out and let money credit card no longer reflect negatively on my credit.

* I received a new money credit card last week tuesday: 6 November 2022. I did EVERYTHING they said I must do to activate my new money credit card. My new money credit card is still not functioning. AGAIN I had to phone money credit card to try & sort this out, they promised to phone me back, which did not happen. I had to phone them over this week numerous times and still no feedback as to why the money credit card is still not functioning. They make promise upon promise, but dont keep it.

The same as with the removal issue of my money credit card reflecting negatively on credit bureau. They also made promise upon promise and did not keep it.

* On top of the above, and bearing in mind that my money credit card is currently paid to date, I received a SMS this morning, from GDVM Attorneys saying that my RCS credit card has been handed over to them. I was so upset & dumbstruck, as I know my money credit card IS NOT in arrears. I have a letter from money credit card division to proof that. Money credit card division unjustifiably handed my money credit card to the attorneys. Again I had to phone and sort this out ( spending more money on airtime etc) by trying to get this fixed. I mailed the attorneys with the paid to date letter and all they can say os that they will do an investigation with money credit card. So still my account is with attorneys *******ly. I also speak to money credit card division: Craig Visagie & mailed him the attorneys details regarding this ******* handing over of my account.

Please can you assist me to sort out this mess.
