Missing payment

I have made a payment into my RCS game account on the 18th of November, my account was handed over to VVM attorneys, so i had app**** for consolidation with the bank and they made the payments to my creditors on my behalf. I waited for over a week and the payment still not reflected, I only realised later that the money was paid into the RCS game account instead of the VVM's account. I called RCS game a lot of times regarding the issue but they are not willing to help me instead they direct me to VVM. I contacted VVM and they said I need to send proof of payment which they will forward to game and game will allocate the funds. It's been almost a month now since the payment has been made neither Game or VVM want to help with the issue, in this case what is it that I need to do since both parties don't want to help me and my money is lying somewhere in the RCS game account. Must I lose my R8000 over something that can be rectified???
