Misleading qualifying criteria

I just do not understand, your qualifying criteria are the following

What you need to get an RCS Store Card: You must be 18 years and older. Hold a South African ID book or Drivers License. You will be required to provide proof of income documentation. Be employed and earn R1,000 or more per month.

If the minimum earning amount to qualify is R1000 how is it possible that I dis not qualify? After all my deductions I still have more left then you minimum qualifying amount. Now my query are being ignored and I receive no respond. If you knew I did not qualify why was I still asked to get a bank account confirmation letter after you received my bank statement reflecting my details. Letting me go through all that trouble
