Misleading advertising and marketing

I'm a RCS credit card holder and on Sunday, 18 February 2018 after an attempted purchase using the card at game. The rcs agent in store put me through their customer care and the lady requested to call me back to explain some of their interesting offers. It was named cash advance which she asked if I'd like it activated for me. Little did I know or was made aware that it by giving her my bank account she is going to process a loan that is going to be deposited in my account. No terms and conditions explained and I told her that I like the cash advance option to be activated but don't need the money right now. But she processed the entire process without even making me aware. Just a warning to those who might be red cardholders. These ppl are scavengers..watch out..I'm gonna pay up their account and close it.
