Management with empty promises....

I am Absolutely very unhappy with this services with this company.... They took over a month and a half to relocate the payment to my account. Eventually putting my review onto Hellopeter I was contacted by a lady by the name of Kelly.... She informed me that she would locate the payment and credit my account.... She also informed me that she would remove all the collection fees as I was being harassed for something I did pay.... She sent me a letter on the 7th December 2020 to state that I needed to pay the outstanding amount of R228. 40 which I did on the 10 December 2020 at the Pavillon Edgars store.. I have the receipt... After paying this amount I have received 2 sms and a email that I am still in arrears....Upon receiving this I called the customer support number today and was told that my account has a balance of R61 for collection fees.... Absolutely disgusting.... Management making empty promises.... I refuse to pay this as it is not my fault that these people did not do their job and I now have to pay for their work that was not done.... I want this to be cleared off my account, so that I can close this account as I never want to ever shop from Edcon again.
