Makro credit card ********** purchase

I received an sms stating that there was a purchase made on my Makro credit card in Crown mines Makro, which I did not make as I was in Centurion at the time also my credit card should not be active as I am on debt review at this present moment in time. When I contacted the number on the sms, I was directed to RCS where the lady proceeded to inform me that I would need to provide a copy of my ID and Makro card, and she would send me further instructions via email as to where this should be sent and also, if there are any additional documents required from me.

I have been waiting for hours and the info has not been sent or has not reached me as yet. I need to get this issue resolved as the ********** purchase needs to be investigated.

This seems to be happening often as I have seen numerous reviews where people have complained about ********** purchases on their Makro credit cards.

Could someone please contact me with a way forward as I need this issue resolved ASAP.
