MAKRO ACCOUNT PURCHASED AT CHECKERS WITH MAKRO RCS CARD

I am furious.

Last saturday i went to Checkers and made a purchase on my Makro credit card. The card was declined. I contacted RCS and was told that they contacted me to confirm the purchase and i did not answer so they blocked the card. After questions from ***** rcs they said it was unblocked and i confirmed ny cell number as received no calls. The card was not unblocked. This was highly embarrassing and unprofessional. I then sent a page with three signatures and copy of ID. It was still mot unblocked, I then contacted them last night at 6.30pm and after taking off at the lady why my app on cell phone showed no balance and that it was still blocked she advised that she unblocked it and that when i make the purchase today it will decline and they will phone then unblock again. THIS MAKES NO SENSE.

True to the fact i went to checkers an hour ago and card declined. I asked Manger of checkers to phone checkers as per instructions. he said never had this before but phoned. After confirmation with me and they told me the price i was buying for they spoke to manager and then told him to hold After 20 minutes of a manager of checkers on hold(highly unprofessional). I phoned RCS and the lady said i contact speak to manager as they were working from home i was online for about 6 minutes and my airtime ran out.

I cancelled everything again and went home again with no groceries, To me you are committing ***** by not letting me buy when i have credit available as advised by you. I want an apology to me and Checkers Gordons Bay and i will not make future payments until you stop messing me around.
