Loss of Income Insurance Claim

I am very frustrated with RCS and their collections department. I have app**** and was approved for the Loss of income Insurance for my Makro account. Account was paid for the first three months (July-Sept). I then submitted my bank statement for continuation on the 10-12th October to prove that I have no income. My account was not paid for Oct, and now it is in arrears. After a lot of following, calls, and so much I had to do, I eventually got an sms that I have been approved for Oct-Dec 2020.

I seems that the account has not been paid, because every 2 days I get a call from Collections with all sorts of threats.

Why are we getting treated like this by RCS????? It is terrible. I now cannot get a hold of anyone to help me and find out when this account will be paid. What I also don't understand is why are we approved for 3 months at a time. Clearly when I get employment, I will start taking over for my account. All I have to do is submit a bank statement, and you just continue, rather than it going to the accessors first. This in turn damages my credit record when my account is not getting paid.

I do not understand how disjointed your departments are.

I am tired and frustrated by all of this. I did not cause a pandemic. Once I am back on my feet and manage to settle this account, I will never do business with RCS ever again in my life.
