Loss of income insurance

Good day

Please provide me with the insurance companys name and contact details so i can phone them directly regarding my loss of income claims!

It seems that the RCS group doesnt bother assisting us as cusomers regarding our claims! And keep harassing us as from 07:00 in the mornings everyday even after making notes after each and every call for payments!

I have done my part twice already sending all required docs they need for my claims, only got 1 email from claims department that the insurance will pay for March 2020, what about April and may? We are nearly in June

And now i get an sms saying this.....

Please note: Your Customer Protection Insurance policy will lapse if the total due on your RCS CARD account is not paid. Queries? Call ***

THIS IS NOT ON!!!!!

PROVIDE ME WITH THE INSURANCE NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS! I HAVE BEEN PAYING THEM SINCE 2012, FOR CASES LIKE THIS! LOSS OF INCOME PURPOSES!!!
