LOAN BEING DECLINED BUT TOTAL DEBT R321

I app**** for a loan at RCS and their system throws me out because it says I have a high debt utilisation meanwhile my credit limit is R500 and my total debt is R321 which means its more that 50% of the R500 so the system kicks it out as high debt utilisation. No one can manually look at my application it has to be done via a system of numbers.
