loan already paid up

I Paid up my loan with Rcs 2 weeks ago they told me it will reflect after 7 days,Rcs is still phoning me and asking me to pay monthly premium how is this possible ,when I phoned yesterday one person transferred me to the other after a long time holding with no feedback I put the phone down, please could someone phone me urgently and send me a cancellation letter that the load has been cancelled
