Listening works better than threats and shouting and talking over a client

I called RCS in the begining of the month to find out how much I was oweing as the last statement I got said R300 odd. Then i called in and they said no you have to make 18 payments but my amount outstanding is only R300 ????how does that work out

Then the end of the month came and It was a bad month ... I did not manage to make payment. saw my statement it jumped from R300 to R200 in less than a week. (so I didnt call or write coz i tried that before and got shouted at so why bother i wil pay the end of August) besides I dont appriciate calling to discuss why i cant pay and that i iwll make payment end of the month and instead for finding a resolution i get threatened.

I got a call from the consultant today and not only were they rude they didnt even have the courtousy of listening to me instead it was talking over me in the end i was so fustrated I put the phone down

In short RCS just a bit of fyi to get people to discuss and come to a resolution shouting and screaming and threating does not work next time try listing Absolutely dispointed and as soon as im done paying my total of R500 odd I will never recommend RCS again . I am aware i am just a small fish in the sea of many but does not mean I should be treated like garbage
