Listed on DMC for prescribed debt
I recently became aware of a "DMC" listing on my credit reports on Transunion and Experian credit bureaus. I have never had a DMC account and request that this information be removed ASAP.
My research shows your are trying to collect RCS debt that has prescribed under another service provider. Let me refresh your memory with the NCA law. Be advised that this debt have prescribed under the Prescription Act and Section 126B of the NCA, as it has been more than three years since I worked and paid.
I want feedback by no later than 10 November before 5pm or I will take this matter further.
