Listed incorrectly as a ********* by RCS whereas i am a victim of *****!!!!!

I have been a victim of ***** since 2018. I informed RCS when the incident happened in 2018 and sent through my ID documents etc. and was informed that my name will be removed from their side since I wasn't the one whom app**** for the RCS card or loan ,I wanted to do a random check up with South African ***** Prevention Service(SAFPS) I am being told that RCS has listed me as the one that is committing the *****. I called RCS and I was advised that I was listed incorrectly but how do you list someone as a ********* whereas they called you and advised you that they are the victim of ***** ???? I honestly don't understand this , the level of unprofessionalism at RCS is so disappointing because this is causing a dent in my name whereas I have never even app**** for any of their products now I wont be able to apply for anything because of this. This is just not fair for me at all I am soo disappointed. I need this sorted asap and my name cleared because I am a person that always keeps my name clean from any negative things like ITC /*****s etc. I need someone to contact me and advise me that this is sorted and my name is cleared asap!!!!
