Life on halt due to hanging ghost account

I've been waiting to receive a paid up letter from this company, they have completely gone silent on me... Causing me a great inconvenience, since December 2021... I'm even considering compensation for all the distress, or maybe a class suit action with everyone who has issues with this company... So many lives are being put on hold due to their incompetence, they forget they are dealing with real people with real lives... I'm stuck just because they're won't cleary name after I have done my bid... Please attend to this soonest.
