***** - Keep you in for a life time

I complained last month and now the same thing again this month. RCS wants to keep you in for life time on a loan and this is *****. My debit order again this month is less than what it should be and it is not due to insufficient funds, but RCS being *****ulent. Now you want extra interest and collection fees. I cannot logon to the RCS app (only a white screen) and your internet site says we are offline for the last month. I cannot even get a statement to see if you allocated the difference and written off the collection fee and interest as per your email. I am now taking the matter to the ombudsman.
