I get paid on the 15th of every month so I can't pay my account on the 1st.<br> I was given an impression that it's an interest free account.<br> Nothing makes sense about this account.. every time I complain they tell me they can't do anything to assist me..<br> My instalment doesn't go down because of the interest they charge which is something we never agreed on.<br> My payment will always be late and they refuse to assist me.
